Preheat oven to 400

In mixing bowl combine:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup Good Life Granola!!!
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

Mix in:
1/3 cup trail mix (I used one with seeds, nuts and raisins.)

Cut into mixture until crumbly:
1/3 cup cold butter or margarine

In a separate bowl whisk together:
1/2 cup half and half
1 egg

Add half & half and egg mixture to the above dry ingredients until mixture is moistened.

Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead 2-3 times, pat into a 7 inch circle, 1 inch thick, sprinkle with a little more brown sugar, cut into 8 wedges and bake on a greased baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.

(We use a food processor to make these and this recipe was altered from one that was included in the instruction manual with our machine.)
